Returns & Cancellations
How order cancellations, returns and refunds are handled.
We want customers to receive the correct product in satisfactory condition. Return eligibility depends on product type, condition, and whether the product was specially ordered, manufactured, configured, assembled, or procured for the customer.
Before Shipment
To request cancellation of an order that has not yet shipped, contact Winged Solar as soon as possible. Orders for standard stocked products may be eligible for cancellation before shipment.
Custom, made-to-order, special-order, configured, fabricated, or specifically procured products may not be fully refundable once manufacturing, assembly, procurement, or other non-cancelable commitments have begun. In such cases, the customer may be responsible for costs already incurred by Winged Solar.
After Shipment or Delivery
Do not return merchandise without first obtaining return authorization from Winged Solar. Returned products must generally be unused, uninstalled, unmodified, and in resalable condition with original packaging, accessories, documentation, and identifying labels intact.
Custom, made-to-order, special-order, modified, installed, energized, assembled-to-order, clearance, or specially procured products may be non-returnable unless defective or otherwise required by applicable law.
Shipping and freight charges are generally non-refundable unless the return results from an error by Winged Solar or a verified covered defect.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
If an item arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or materially different from the item ordered, contact Winged Solar promptly with the order number, description of the issue, and photographs where applicable. Winged Solar will review the claim and determine the appropriate remedy, which may include repair, replacement, replacement parts, manufacturer warranty assistance, or another appropriate resolution.
Return Shipping
For approved returns that are not the result of Winged Solar’s error or a covered defect, Buyer is responsible for return shipping and any applicable freight charges.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued after the returned product has been received and inspected. Any applicable deductions for missing components, damage, use, installation, non-recoverable freight, or other amounts disclosed and permitted under the applicable terms may be deducted from the refund.
