Shipping & Delivery Policy
How Winged Solar equipment is prepared, freighted and delivered.
Shipping and delivery options, estimated costs, and available methods may or may not be displayed during checkout when available, or provided separately for freight, oversized, custom, or special-order products. In the event that shipping costs are not displayed or disclosed, Buyer understands that additional shipping arrangements will need to be made, with additional costs charged to the Buyer.
Delivery Estimates
All shipping, production, and delivery dates are estimates unless Winged Solar expressly agrees otherwise in writing. Delivery may be affected by product availability, manufacturing schedules, carrier delays, weather, transportation disruptions, supply-chain interruptions, governmental actions, or other circumstances outside Winged Solar’s reasonable control.
Freight and Oversized Products
Most Winged Solar products require freight delivery rather than standard parcel shipping. Buyer is responsible for providing an accessible and suitable delivery location and, where stated in the order, appropriate personnel or equipment to unload and receive the shipment.
Additional charges resulting from incorrect delivery information, inaccessible delivery locations, refused deliveries, storage, redelivery, or other conditions attributable to Buyer may be charged to Buyer.
Inspection Upon Delivery
Buyer should inspect all shipments promptly upon delivery. Visible shipping damage, shortages, or materially incorrect items should be documented with photographs and reported to Winged Solar as soon as reasonably possible.
For freight shipments, Buyer should note visible damage or shortages on the carrier’s delivery documentation before accepting the shipment whenever practical.
Risk of Loss
Unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement, responsibility for loss or damage transfers to Buyer upon delivery to the designated delivery location, except to the extent damage was caused by Winged Solar or its personnel during services performed by Winged Solar.
